The Orellis Operator Audit

What’s the one workflow your team is doing twice a week that AI should be doing once?

A 30-minute call about where your senior hours are going. A short written assessment with three opportunities ranked. A fixed-price quote for the one fix worth doing first. We’re selecting three operator partners for our first published case studies — their audit fee is waived. Standard rate after.

Does one of these sound like you?

If yes, the Audit is the cheapest way to get a written, independent view before you commit to anything bigger.

You have a candidate workflow

One process repeats often, eats senior hours, and still needs human judgment. You want a structured view of what AI could realistically take off the team’s plate.

You’ve tried ChatGPT informally

The team uses it ad-hoc, output quality is uneven, and nobody owns the prompts or review steps. You want a real workflow design, not another tool subscription.

You want a written second opinion

You’re considering a vendor or internal build and want an independent view before you commit time or money.

What you’ll be holding by next Friday.

A week from the call. One workflow. One short written document your team can act on or hand to a vendor.

  1. Where the senior hours goInputs, outputs, handoffs, and the steps that compound the cost.
  2. Three opportunities rankedWhat pays back fastest, what to deprioritize, and why.
  3. Operational continuity flagsSingle-person dependencies, undocumented steps, AI rollouts without a review checkpoint.
  4. Pilot recommendationWhether a fixed-price pilot makes sense, what scope, what proof to look for.
  5. Sample prompts to try the same weekConcrete starting points your team can run before the next call.

Three steps, one week.

A 30-minute call, a short written assessment, and a fixed-price quote — only for the fix worth doing first.

01
30-minute call (English) With the person closest to the work. Where the hours are going, who’s touching what, what gets repeated. Recorded with permission.
02
Short written assessment Three opportunities ranked, one recommended. Continuity flags. Sample prompts. Sent within a week of the call. Yours to keep.
03
Fixed-price quote Only for the fix worth doing first. Typical pilot range: EUR 3,500–7,500. You decide what happens next.

What if the answer is “don’t automate this”?

Good. That’s a useful outcome of a paid audit. The assessment still includes the picture of where the hours go and the reasoning, which is worth more than the price to most teams.

What does the partner-spot waiver cover?

The full Audit: the 30-min call, the written assessment, the recommendation. In return: a written reference within two weeks and permission to quote you (anonymized if you prefer) once we’ve delivered something worth quoting. Three spots total. Standard EUR 500 rate after they’re filled.

Do you use our live data?

Not by default. The Audit runs on the conversation and any anonymized samples you choose to share. Live data only if you explicitly approve it for the pilot phase.

Can it be in Dutch?

English is the default. Dutch is available on request.

What’s the one workflow you’d want audited first?

Tell me in one line. I’ll come back in 24 hours with a yes or no on whether it’s worth a conversation.
