You have a candidate workflow
One process repeats often, eats senior hours, and still needs human judgment. You want a structured view of what AI could realistically take off the team’s plate.
A 30-minute call about where your senior hours are going. A short written assessment with three opportunities ranked. A fixed-price quote for the one fix worth doing first. We’re selecting three operator partners for our first published case studies — their audit fee is waived. Standard rate after.
30-minute call · short written assessment · fixed-price quote · EU-hosted
If yes, the Audit is the cheapest way to get a written, independent view before you commit to anything bigger.

The team uses it ad-hoc, output quality is uneven, and nobody owns the prompts or review steps. You want a real workflow design, not another tool subscription.
You’re considering a vendor or internal build and want an independent view before you commit time or money.
A week from the call. One workflow. One short written document your team can act on or hand to a vendor.
A 30-minute call, a short written assessment, and a fixed-price quote — only for the fix worth doing first.
Good. That’s a useful outcome of a paid audit. The assessment still includes the picture of where the hours go and the reasoning, which is worth more than the price to most teams.
The full Audit: the 30-min call, the written assessment, the recommendation. In return: a written reference within two weeks and permission to quote you (anonymized if you prefer) once we’ve delivered something worth quoting. Three spots total. Standard EUR 500 rate after they’re filled.
Not by default. The Audit runs on the conversation and any anonymized samples you choose to share. Live data only if you explicitly approve it for the pilot phase.
English is the default. Dutch is available on request.
Tell me in one line. I’ll come back in 24 hours with a yes or no on whether it’s worth a conversation.
